New routines and new strings
Anna Brazhnikova has for the last two weeks been doing some additional physio work-outs to strengthen her physique and had time to change Babolat strings.
Since joining Lidköpings Tennis Club this winter Anna Brazhnikova has been introduced to a new team of coaches and new set of routines. There is a new tennis coach, a new physio trainer, a new physiotherapist and many new club mates.
The aim is to create a solid team and with a long term strategy. This has meant that Anna for the past months been adjusting to the new routines and training exercises. All areas of Anna´s tennis and health will be looked after and this is why 2010 will be a very exciting and physically demanding year. Last year Anna Brazhnikova advanced 492 positions on the world rankings (from a 913th to 421st position) and 2010 looks to be exciting.
A change in Anna Brazhnikova´s equipment is the new strings. Anna has played with Babolat strings and rackets for over 5 years and during a testing session she decided to change strings model to the Babolat RPM Blast. Check out the new products from Babolat.
Next up is a set of outdoor clay tournaments in Turkey and Egypt. The start on Monday 22 March and more information will be published soon.
